INTRODUCTION OF Mining FILLING MATERIAL

Huierda filling material is a kind of two-component injection polymer foam applied using a metering pump and mixing gun. When mixed in a volume ratio of 4 to 1, the resin and hardener produce an immediate foaming reaction. This reaction is followed by a rapid expansion to as much as 30-40 times its original volume. After expansion, foam sets hard in minutes. It is intended for cavity filling, air and gas sealing and creating firewall quickly in underground coal mine.
